SNACKS
Students are encouraged to bring or purchase a snack each day. Students who bring snack from home usually bring something nutritious: fruit, juice, or crackers. At school, we offer the following: muffins, yogurt, milk and juice. Students wanting a snack from the lunchroom need to place their order at the start of the school day. Students coming in late need to notify the cook with their snack order.
POPCORN will be sold on 1 or 2 days per week. The popcorn schedule is posted in the school newsletter. Popcorn is a healthy snack and costs only $.25 a bag.
Popcorn Poppers Are Needed
Popcorn revenues are used to support students’ participation in school activities. Popcorn for snack is made possible thanks to volunteers. Popping corn takes 20 to 30 minutes and may be done anytime after 9 A.M. Please contact the school if you would like to volunteer to help pop corn.
