Dear Parents,

We are so excited to see you in our new room on Monday, August 25th.  Kathe Stone and I have been working hard to make it look just right and we think it’s looking pretty amazing.

We have been planning all kinds of fun projects and can’t wait to meet your children.

For those of you who don’t know me, I have been teaching at East Montpelier for many, many years, mostly in Kindergarten, but I have also taught preschool, third and fifth grade as well as on the college level.  I have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren (2 of whom are preschoolers).

Kathe Stone has been working in preschool as well as in the speech and language area for many years.  She is the mother of 2 grown children and is a grandmother  of 2.

We both have been doing lots of biking, kayaking, swimming, and gardening over the summer to stay in shape and be as fit and ready to keep up with 3 and 4 year olds.  We are ready and set to go!

You will notice that I have attached the letter I sent out in June in case it was misplaced over the summer.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.  If this is not the email address you prefer, please let me know.  I will be updating you regularly to keep you informed.

See you soon!
